Blurry cab glitch thing

I have been looking around the internet and cant find a solution to this glitch. Please help!

I believe that is a hardware problem. Like your video board is going to crap out. Or your power supply. Is that the Cajon Pass route by any chance?

Yes and it is also a railsimulator repaint of the es44. other people are having the same problem also.

There is a fix out there somewhere. I don't remember where tho.

Actually the following inserted code should work:

It only needs the tags, not any detail within them, in my experience. I have used it on various UK and US locos, especially older pre-TS2012(?) models
