Good Day
Any idea as what the file name would be of the Donner Pass route?
Cannot see it in the RW Tools Editor!
Thank you.

Assuming that you mean the RSC/Dovetail super-secret (not even the NSC knows) numerical Bat-Ring code number (which I found in RW_Tools, by the way, it's 00000032-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. I'm off to buy a replacement "0" key.

Teaching a man to fish .... Train Simulator 2014 comes with a handy tool for locating and browsing your route files. Look in your Railworks folder and run the program called 'NameMyRoute.exe' . It gives you a list of route names, their numeric folder names, along with the related scenarios. There is a quick link to open Windows file explorer on any of these folders. I've placed a shortcut to this file in my start menu and use it a lot for navigating around the Railworks Content folder.
FYI

Also.
Donner Pass is now one of the routes in .ap file format, which is why RW_Tools can't see it, unless it is expanded in place.

I just saw the same advice about using NameMyRoute.exe over at UKTS, so I tried it.
It lists a lot of routes where it just says "missing RouteProperties.xml". On checking, they appear to be the routes that now use the .ap format.
It appears that RSC hasn't updated it's own tools for the .ap files.

Thanks for that - a great little tool.

That's odd because it is showing Donner Pass Route and that has an .ap file (and for Assets) -so it looks like it is reading some .ap files but not all???

Peter,
Do you get some that say "missing RouteProperties.xml" too?
Bob.

Yes, I got the missing xml flag for several routes, but if you click the plus sign on those, - it lists the scenarios associated with those "missing xml" routes. It seems to "read" some files but not others. It looks like it cannot read the full titles on some of the .ap routes/scenarios
Some of the missing xml files do NOT have the .ap structure!!
Weird
