Need some help in installing TS2014

OK I have the game...I think.

How do I install this thing on my computer....

I have paid for it, installed the Steam account,...then what?

Open Steam on your PC. It should then be running in the Desktop Tool Tray (lower right near the date and time). Click on the Steam icon, go to Library. TS2014 should be listed. Click on it and choose to install. This will take a while to download, especially with a Holiday sale going on. Steam servers will be pushed to their limits this weekend.
