Hey guys, first post to the forum! I've been an avid train simmer since the dawn of msts and hung around the forums at ts.com but with the new surfliner releasing it brings me over here.

There is a lot about that product that leaves to be desired but for now I'm still enjoying it. I love Marc's scalerail addon if you don't have it give it a go!



Are there any new sounds in the works or any files readily available? I love the route I live near the irvine station and ride it frequently so I am slowly trying to fix any little discrepancies and am really nit picky.

Am I looking for something that's attainable or am I dreaming at the moment?

What sounds are you talking about? The answer is maybe if you can give an idea about what you are looking for.

And welcome to the positive friendly forum.

I'm looking for more realistic horns, better bell, possibly some better engine sounds but for right now the horn and bell are at the top of the list.

Go to the RSC Development page, find the Pacific Surfliner thread and on the first page there are two fixes for the horn and the bell. It's a start.
