Is this a glitch, or am I missing something?

I love the Westward Wanderer scenario on the Horseshoe Curve route. Howeve, I am no longer able to get past the Gazatlin tunnel. I get a FATAL BLOWBACK error and the scenario ends. This should happen on a steam loco if you enter a tunnel with the firebox open. These are closed on the K4, because it has an automatic stoke. I tried turning the blower on. No help.

This used to not be an issue, but two things have changed: I'm using TS2014, and secondly, manual fireman. I will try placing the engine before another tunnel and using auto fireman and get back to you! !**conf**!

It seems that no matter where I place the train, I still get the blow back game over message. I kept the fire mass around 700, had the blower on and the firebox doors were closed tight. I did run the scenario with auto fireman turned on, and it flies through the tunnel with no problem. Since the K4 has an automatic stoker, The firebox doors are usually closed. Is there another setting that I'm missing here? The HUD in TS2014 leaves a lot to be desired.

Figured it out... I was using the F5 HUD, controlling firebox doors, blower etc with the keyboard. However.... just because they're shut in the cab, doesn't mean that they're shut in the game engine, aka the F4 control panel. It seems that a lot of the manual fireman controls do not work properly unless you control them with the rather lame F4 interface. !*don-know!* Thanks for trying it for me Antwerp!
