Where is the new google maps feature?

and I think I keep getting the cords work. Everytime I put them in I always bringing me to the mountains for no reason. The cords are 40.5677 N and 74.5372 W it's Bound Brook,NJ but keeps sending me the the snowy tops of mountains and do you need to add 0 when putting it in editor?
