No, don't touch the TS2013 folder. Leave it hidden, for now. What Eric said to do was:

"........ open DonnerPassAssets.ap with 7-Zip.
Then copy "TemplateRoutes"
Then go back to Railworks/Assets/RSC/DonnerPass
Copy that "TemplateRoutes" folder into the "DonnerPass" folder as an external folder, so your route can see it without the .ap compression getting in the way. "

No.
Copy the the TemplatesRoutes folder from the 2014 Donner Pass .ap file, in to it's own 2014 Donner Pass folder so you have a copy outside the .ap folder.
If you have 7-Zip, just browse in your TS 2014 folder to Assets/RSC/DonnerPass/DonnerPassAssets.ap
Then when you have the DonnerPassAssets.ap file open in 7-Zip, highlight TemplatesRoutes.
Then click on the green "copy" arrow.
7-Zip will automatically send the copy to Assets/RSC/ DonnerPass.
Although I would check the file path to be sure before clicking yes.

What Chris said will work too. I just figured out an easier way to do it.

Note: 7-Zip needs to be set as the program to open the .ap file.
A person may have to right click on DonnerPassAssets.ap and select "open with" and then choose 7-Zip.

Just get 7zip. Then click on the .ap file you want to open and say open with 7zip. the second button in is extract. Do it and the .ap file will open up. Then you have all the files extracted so you can do whatever you want with them. I am not sure I understand all the geek talk but I think RW will look at these file when loading before the compressed ones so changes you make will be the ones the program loads. What I am not clear on is if you do a cache verify or RW does a update if you need to do this again or if changes you made are wiped out or what.

What Buzz forgot to mention was "Right Click" on DonnerPassAssets.ap and then "open with" , then choose 7-Zip. That is a common problem in Read Me's in the file library. !!spank!!

You don't need to email that file. Like I said before, just highlight it in Z-Zip and then click the green copy arrow at the upper left tool bar. It will automatically put it where you want it in the DonnerPass folder.

7-Zip is turning out to be quite a handy tool for the new version of TS.

Did like you said still same error do I need to do another verify again? Here is a list of what is missing from RWTools check.Could that be the reason still getting the Railworks.exe is not working.Cause of the missing files?

I don't know about a verify, but sometimes when messing with scenario files you should go into Settings and Tools and clear the cache.
