Have you tried making all the files and folders under Railworks READ/WRITE? Been seeing reports of there being read only folders and files and when the people make them read/write all is well.

Yes, the files were set to read only, again! I had reset them about 4-5 monthes ago. Evidently RSC changes them back to read only during an update or verify.

Found the problem. A PON file that I had missed. Must have typoed a search!

No one so far has come up with the answer to "why are these files even in here?", and it's only for some, not everyone. And RSC is silent on the issue.
