Having an issue with Facebook

Can any of you Facebook savvy people on here help me out? Yesterday, I got partially banned from Facebook. I have no clue why. It happened when I tried to include a friend in a group message/chat. I have been restricted from writing private messages, commenting on or liking anything. I really can't figure out what I did to have this happen. Can I please get some help? I asked the yahoo community, but that was useless.

This usually happens when someone complains. However, the block is temporary, for a few hours to a few days. I usually get warned first. Now my reasons I find so much funny stuff to post that Facebook will keep my from sharing if I do it too quickly.
