Youtube HD?

Does anybody know how to make the youtube videos on H.D?

When you upload a video to YouTube it will make the video available in many size/formats. If original size is at least 1280 it will make automacally a 720p version, if size is 1600 a 1080p version etc.
Who doesn't have dog, hunts with cat.
