Cant post on Vbulletin forums?

Has anybody had this issue over at train sim? i cant post anything?

I don't go to Train Sim, but I am a tech over at the VIA Forum (not the VIA train, the motherboard maker) and they use V Bulletin. They were down for 3 days, maybe someone hacked V Bulletin? VIA is back on line this morning, and I did log in and post to check it out.
