Startup times

Just curious about loading times for TSC. I see this pop up periodically. I have my Steam folder on its own hard drive which is a 1TB Scandisk solid state Drive. My RailWorks folder just under 600GB. 16GB of RAM with a i5-10600K CPU @4.1GHz.
Loading time for me is initial 25 seconds, hit drive and 10 seconds and to load a typical career scenario about 20 seconds. Is this kind of normal? It's fine with me like I said just curious.

A lot of times Steam starts up really slow.

After that TSC BETA takes about....

- First time after rebooting system - 35 secs
- Same but without interweb connection - 45 secs

- After it has already been fired up once since reboot (even if that was days ago) - 20 secs
- Same but without interweb connection - 25 secs

- Donnerpass scenario 1 - Almost 20 secs

Using a partitioned SSD, see system specs below
ASUS Laptop Zenbook Pro 14 - Intel Core i9 13900H - 32 GB RAM - 1 TB SSD - 8 GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU - Win11 64 Home - 14.5" Screen @ 2880 x 1800 - Graphics @ HIGH. Having a great time running tough American diesels!
Currently running - TSC 2024 v77.6b

Time to load Steam 26.3 seconds. Time to load TSC Beta to Drive screen 24.27 seconds. Time to load Donner Pass Career Scenario #1,19.9 seconds. TSC on dedicated M.2 drive, File size 529GB ISP Download speed 50Mbs.
Part of the game loading time is for DB searching your TSC files and searching for workshop and game updates. The more you have the longer it takes. The speed of your internet connection and LAN also inters into this step.
One reason it takes more time when you are disconnected from the web may be time waiting for an internet connection. You may try playing in offline mode to see if that time improves, if in offline mode TSC may know not to expect a connection and load faster. Only speculation on my part.
I would suspect that starting with a cleared cache or not would affect loading times.
