File Sharing Services

Unread postby harryadkins » Sun Jul 24, 2022 5:32 pm

I've been using the free version of Dropbox for several years now. It has a 2GB capacity which is more and more limiting. The DB Plus Service is $9.99 per month. That's not bad but I (and my wife) would really prefer to stay free. Does anyone have suggestions for free services that handle larger files?

Google Drive if you trust Google, or don't but are too lazy to look harder anywhere else.

Look into I Drive. If all you are looking for is backup they have a 10 gig free service.

I use Google drive with no issues. I have also upgraded my Onedrive to 100GB for $3 New Zealand a month.

Google drive is easy, and pretty intuitive. It also allows for shared folders, for collaborative projects with other users.

I've started using Google Drive and it is easy. One of my friends has the payware version of Dropbox and is having the same issues. Thank you all for your advice.
