For best results TS 2014 requires a video card with a bandwidth of at least 60GB/sec the GT 620 has <15GB/sec so you may get some anomalies and you may need to wind the graphics settings down.
If you have a large monitor or multi- monitors the GT620 may also struggle with only 1GB VRAM a GTX 650 or 750 might be a better bet.
Can't find the processor specs so can't comment on that or what speed your DDR3 RAM is?
