Issues with 13th and 14th generation Intel processor

This is reported on Steam TSC forums. "For those of you using one of their impacted 13th/14th Gen CPU’s, please check your Motherboard vendor for any updated drivers/BIOS you can apply, to at least reduce the higher voltage aspect which appears to be part of the problem that is causing some of the issue"
"Intel will also be releasing a ‘Microcode’ CPU update around mid-August, they hope might address part of the problem and reduce the risk of CPU degradation to 13th/14th Gen CPU’s currently not showing signs of degradation." Some of the known issues are BSOD and overheating.

14th and 13th Gen: i9-14900K, Core i7-14700K, and Core i5-14600K are affected. (Partial list).
