To Be Released Pending: MLW 645 Set, Railworks Edition

As an improvement to Aidan Berards scripting work and my old audio, I have been working on an update for the SD40-2 sounds, that are TBR as soon as I get my 567 project out of the way.
Here's the preview, some work to go on the horn scripts:
