Revisiting the switchers...

Need to add the spark arrestors and fix the numboard numbers.

Details to do.

One of the locomotives for the Lewis and Clark route, ex-SP 1127.

All are based on the new freeware SW1200 from Britkits with custom parts from Kali and PapaXpress.

Edit: these are all 2012 compatible, with lights and rain and snow effects.

It sure would be nice to have some Pennsylvania SW1200's for the Horseshoe Curve route.

The Brunswick Green color is 17-26-23 and the lettering is "buff" gold. I just submitted to Hawk a newer style paint scheme with a herald on the engine hood instead of the roadname.

Thanks,
Harry

Pennsy is a tad big, and the lettering needs coloration... otherwise?

Looks good. Handrails should be yellow instead of white. Wonder if the "Rockwell" font might be closer?

I found a better font, working on the numbers today.

That's what I used, it works well. Because the switcher had the smoke deflectors, PapaXpress decided to make them. They are a tad small yet, but look right. I changed it to the correct drop step handrails, which will require the purchase of the Xtra pack.

I should be on later tonight. Looks like I need to scale it up by about 2 or 3 inches.

Update: MM look in the sync. I will be on/off line through the day.

Are you sure about the color on that PRR switcher? PRLE (Brunswick green) is so dark it is almost black.
Like the background color for the previously mentioned site.

Out of the sun, it matches very well... I could darken it a little.

For a quick test, put it next to a RSC F7 or GP7 from the HSC route.

I darkened it some and reloaded the last picture with the new changes.
