Now, back to the downtown collection.

Today I went downtown Mobile and got some reference photo's of downtown skyscrapers, the biggest one will be 14 stories high. Here's a progress photo of the vintage 6 story hospital, built around the 1930's.

This will be a set of various buildings in different paint schemes.

Some more progress, finally, have been stuck in work for the past couple days and wasn't able to update much.

Here's the first version of the vintage hospital complete.

And here's a look at the back portion of the building.

I've restarted work on my downtown buildings and apartments after a while of taking a break from modeling. Still can't get past the irritating blurred window and door problem, but for now I'll bypass that problem.

It will take a while to complete my vintage hospital but I hope to finish it soon. Will, like last time do a couple different versions of it and then upload it to Railworks America.

If anyone has figured out this blurred window problem with Railworks 3 it would really help me to figure out how to fix it so my buildings and houses don't come with slightly blurred textures, that just gets irritating to look at and the reason I took a break from modeling in the first place.

Wish I could say something helpful, but I haven't done any modeling yet, and, to tell the truth, your model looks so great I'd be very happy to use it in a route exactly as it is, even if the windows aren't quite "perfect" yet.

I'm actually building these buildings for a route that I want to eventually build, but plan to release each and all of these to the library as freeware.

Next will be a vintage factory, reference photo's collected from my city.

Will be back on this project starting some time this week. It's almost done, but having to re-texture it since the RW3 update, which made tons of mess out of my buildings. And some of the oldest buildings I built I won't be updating.
