Refreshing!

There may be some trademark issues to contend with on this one, but hey, the virtual maintenance guys get thirsty too!

It lights up at night and has about 6 inches of snow on top of it in the winter time as well.

Decided to err on the side of caution and ask Coke for permission on this one. I'm just a small potato's developer. Don't want to get squashed for Trademark infringement over a 12 poly asset that took about ten minutes to make.

From what I have read, as long as it's freeware, the different companies don't care. But, I'm not a designer, so don't cast that in stone. Looks great as always, Jerry. !!*ok*!! Now we need 7UP. !*salute*!

Now I just need to figure out what a "dippin dots" is. !*don-know!*

Dippin dots is some sort of ice cream on a stick. The kids love em.

I've been looking around at different legal sites and it does seem that most companies don't mind as long as the product usage does not reflect in a negative way on the product or company. Actually, someone has made a Coke machine for Duke Nukem Forever that actually dispenses cans of cola. Some companies though are kind of anal about this sort of thing, so its best to at least ask, even if they are to busy to give you an amswer.

Dippin Dots on a stick? Never heard of that. Around here they pretty much only have them at amusement parks, sporting events, and sometimes fairs, and it's always served in bowls.

And its a kind of ice cream that is flash frozen to a much lower temperature than normal ice cream, so it is a group of small ice cream spheres.

I second that, Pepsi is significantly smoother and sweeter, therefore, I believe we need a Pepsi variation of this to accommodate everyone's soda preferences *!!wink!!*

And how have you guys not heard of/had Dippin' Dots!?

Pepsi's alright, I'm fine drinking it. But if I have a choice between Coke and Pepsi, I'll take Coke every time.

I've seen Dippin' Dots at a few fairs and a few times at McDonald's. Never actually tried them though.

Ok, i've started a great big controversy, and let me set things straight. Dippin Dots are not on a stick, they are rabbit-turd sized ice cream treats that come in a bowl. My kid keeps a large stash of them in the freezer at all times. The thing that I was thinking about on a stick is called a Dilly Bar (sounds like something from the Adult FX shop) and it is from Dairy Queen. It is also a kid favorite.

As far as Pespi goes, you are free to re-skin. I won't do a Pespi machine because I simply don't like the Company, for reasons that I shall keep to myself and have nothing to do with the flat taste of the soda-pop.

When I get the go ahead, or when I simply get tired of waiting for it, I will release the 3DC source files and .TGA files with it for easy reskins.

This is true, your spirit of choice and pepsi (or diet coke for that matter) is just nasty...
