Very nice. I hope route builders will use your excellent house packs.
Hopefully they will use them to replace european houses that can be found on many routes.
Not that I dislike european architecture, but Tudor manors are actually very scarce in rural North America.

I understand the mobile homes can be found all over the continent, but what about your house packs?
Are they specific to particular locations?

These can be found just about anywhere that has been around for a while. These town houses are from the 30's and 40's and were common in small towns.

Also found a lot in northern cities, like Dirand Michigan.

Here's the first version completed.

These kind of houses unfortunately are no longer built, as far as I know, modern houses don't look nearly like these anymore.

But I've mostly seen houses like these up north. Down in the south it's mostly single floor houses. Don't see too many 2 story houses here.

But every now and then, if you go to the correct part of town you do see some of these. These would be mostly found down town where I live. With all the other mansions and a couple tower buildings, but it's mostly mansions, and rather large houses.

Here's another version of it. The way I do it is I paint the basics first, pre-texturing the things I'm not going to change, and then just paint on the walls to a half completed model. That way I don't have to texture everything over and over again.
