B&LE 70 ton offside coal hopper

Here is a project I am working on with Michael Stephen's (Great Noprtherner) NYC 70 ton offset side hoppers.

They are on the empty line waiting their turn for the tipple.
Hint, Hint....Hopefully Mifflin Junction will be open soon.

HI Hawk,
Here is the Montour #10 Tipple at Library, PA.

The Hint, Hint, Glenn was referring to is the Montour ROW has not yet reached West Mifflin and the Interchange yard with the Union Railroad :D

Hawk,
The Montour interchanged with the Union Railroad in West Mifflin Pa (Mifflin Junction) on trackage rights with the P&WV/N&W. Every week or so the B&LE sent hoppers to the Montour VIA Union Railroad for loads of MET coal out of Montour 10.
The picture of the B&LE hopper is at a siding named Jewel close by where I lived.
