Downtown Office Building

Here's a building I have been working on for some time, now got it to the point where I can post about it.

Here's a picture of progress.

As a final touch all the windows will be surrounded by bricks, protruding from the wall like this.

The building will use two brick textures, one for the wall and the other for the surrounding the window sits in.

By the way, what do you guys think it would look best as, a office building, or do you think it would be better to be a apartment.

I would say office.
