As Rick mentioned previously, the rose granite of the Hi-Line area is particularly tricky to capture and the original texture colour had been tweaked. Here is a re-worked Hi-Line. Rick has outdone himself.

Here is a heads up to those following this exciting project. If you pop across to Rick's http://www.gtraxsims.com/ and watch the slide show of pics of the D&S route, Rick has slipped in a handful from the latest build, including Durango roundhouse and service facilities (you will LOVE the turntable and roundhouse)

Allowing for camera lens focal length and positioning variations, the guys have done a super job. Remember, its still WIP with a load more "greening" to do...

Someone needs to look at the service which these screens were posted. It is highly pronographic. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

This whole project has made me really happy from the first time I heared of it :)

Just hope one day there's one of these. Even if I have to attempt one myself!

Those "enormous condensing 2-8-2s " were actually 4-8-4's, you will find. Very interesting locomotives...

Sorry guys I had to remove the images. There is nothing wrong with the screen shots but the hosting site used advertising which caused offense.

Ozinoz I sent you a PM, I hope it helps.

For any of you who get RFD TV on your cable or satellite package there is an episode of "Trains and Locomotives" on today named "Railfanning the Silverton" that will be of interest.
