If most have it set up that way then if I use Kuju I'll be using Wally's sound pack and if in case they don't have it then they would still have some sound instead of silence.
What's anyone think?

While that’s a good idea, I’d route my copy so it points to a bin like the JR freight cars

Decided to throw together a quick little video of them in action. Note the missing coupler on the B end of the cars as that's something to be alleviated.

Huh. Mine have couplers on both ends. I wonder what that's about.

I think you must have done something when you changed that dependency which is a neat idea.

Actually it looks like I sent everyone a incomplete file. I guess that's why we beta this stuff. All three of you we need to put this into:
Assets\G-TraX\Trains\RailVehicles\Couplings.

Just about ready to do with these things and discovered in a 110 car train I got the dreaded 'spring effect' with the couplers. I think I have it fixed but want to run a couple more tests.

Pretty easy to add, but I would wait to do so until the defect detector is out so they can contribute to axle count. Shouldn't be too much longer.

Aren't there repaints of the Kuju Coalporter on the Tru Rail Simulations site that have JR consist messaging? Maybe there's a way to get the script over to these

Yes, I implemented consist messaging on them. Adding the script is easy.
