I didn't forget when I got home..

Give me some time.. It's easy to do..Sorta... In a way.. But terribly hard to explain in a way that doesn't sound like Charlie Browns teacher talk. *!sad!*

Umm, you said something about approaching UPS. I don't know how they are these days, but those guys used to be very protective of their logos and the way the company is represented. Back in the 90's when i was operating model trains, you couldn't get a model of a UPS van, or even MicroScale decals to make a UPS van because they would not license their logos. I have seen a couple of HO scale UPS vans as of late though.

KW_overcab.jpg

so i decided to do a KenWorth Cabover truck with tarped flat trailer. I will do about 3-8 variations on this adding a 53' box trailer, reefer, and 40' container trailer. and changing the cab colors too.
its a bit dated since they stopped these in 2001. But i figure anyone looking to use those sd40-2s, gp30s, old GEs and such would love to have this eating roadways. will be putting this in my route as we speak.

I have a 2008 cascadia in the works as i am currently wrapping it.

hope you like!

I'll try my hand at a 1980 Freightliner.

And here's a little progress.

Very nice! Bout time we got some cabs and trailers. And I love that ol KW, and they're on the comeback around here. I hadn't seen one in years but all of a sudden last year they started showing up again. Within the past few months I've seen an International 9670, a KW K100, and a Pete 362. Would be great to see some more big ol' trucks and overall accurate typical looking north American vehicles.

I once rode in a International Cabover my father used to own. I must say I like cabovers more then long nose trucks.

Here's some progress on my freightliner.

It will still be a while until I finish it.

Leave it to be known, this is my first time building a semi for the game.

The front angle of the front was a little flat so had to edit it some. Now if I could only figure out how to round the corners in sketchup since the Champher option will not work with this model in 3dc, it only tries to destroy the model.

Ian,

Any chance of squeezing in a few grain haulers?

Thanks,
