I'm really excited for this one now!

I'm curious. Did you ever get your sound issues worked out? I hope you did. !*salute*!

Great job with this one sir!

Oh wow **!!bow!!** you can bet this beauty will see the repainter's brush often !!*ok*!!

Excellent work

Thank you, Rick! It has a painter's template that's coming along with it, to ease the pain.

@Noel: Yes, Sir! All of the sound issues were resolved! Michael Stephan and Rick Grout helped me out, tremendously!

I wanted to ask you guys a question about the auto numbering for it. Currently, for the rollout version, I have the auto numbering working properly for it, but it only has a single digit applied, i.e., 1 thru 9.

My question is, for the generic (repainter's) version, do I need to release 3 additional versions of it with multiple auto numbering schemes, i.e., a version with 2 digits, another with 3 digits, and a final with 4 digits, or is that something that people can change, themselves, in RW Tools, or elsewhere?

The S2's that I've seen have pretty much every variation of numbered digits, and I dont know if others can (or will be able to) add or subtract that easily?

@ MadMike: That one is gonna look great!

You may need to create two sets of panels - similar to how speed signs and mileposts are set up - a double entry and a triple so that any single or multiple digits are centered. This + example illustrations are covered in the older 4.04 Asset Authoring Guidelines document (pg 10~11) for Rail Simulator.
Cheers!

I think a triple (for a single or triple) and a quad (for two and four) and a blank (X or x) in the number set would be all that's needed. SP had 4 digits, most others were less.

e.g. a triple panel, and a x7x number would be a centered 7, x44x and a quad panel would be a centered 44.

Hey Folks,

Here are some detail shots of a Southern Pacific livery I've been playing around with, using the new repainter's template I constructed. I tried to make it with the repainter in mind, so I've included a reference diagram to go along with the release, to better help you find the areas you want to change. Cheers! ~R
