I've got a horn and bell for this beast when you get around to finishing it, Buzz. Including the wonky Prime Electronic Bell they had mounted on the cab.

The colors look spot on for the MILW. This would be a perfect reskin for the Phase II BN, as the Milwaukee's U30C's were built to BN specifications for use on the BN/MILW Columbia coal trains.

We dont have any recording of a prime e bell though...
