Is it freeware if you need payware to run it, particularly if the payware only costs $3.70?

There is a good wide view out there but I'm a sucker for lights. I about got the bits and pieces done.

imho the default wide view caboose needs to have an update...like lights which I believe you would agree with! (then again im shure someone could add a light as a child object?)
