Downtown Buildings Mega-Pack.

In this new file the readme has been edited and all of the old packs have been merged into one giant pack since they were all of the same source folder anyways.
In the following weeks I'll probably be doing some editing on them still, like trying to add night windows and figure out how to add lighting effects to them.
