Here is a soundpatch for the SD45 from Bozeman Pass using MLW-sounds:

These patches provide a better sound experience of the SD45
alone or in conjunction with the F45 by RSC.

Subject
- Soundpatches using soundfiles from the sounds for the F45
see requirement
- some small texture patches of the speedometer, cab, gauges
- inputmapper ( see HIS/Bozeman/Inputmappers/info.txt )
- cabviews of nearby all locos from the route
- some consists for quickdrive
(you need my Thrall 4000cf PRLX and the original BN ones
or the Bethlehem BN coal cars by RRmods for some consists)

I am thinking about patching the DTM/SD45s in a similar way, but really only the sounds.

Have modified the green of the default F45, which is too much blueish in the original, to fit better tho Bozeman's SD45. Will come with an update.

Where can I find your Thrall 4600cf prlx hoppers? I can't load the QD activity with the SD45 update without them.

Your quick drive consists doesn't appear to work. None of them will load. tried to edit the consist and the consist doesn't appear at all. After updating there is no horn sound internal or external for the SD45.
