SD45 Soundpatches

Here is a soundpatch for the SD45 from Bozeman Pass using MLW-sounds:

These patches provide a better sound experience of the SD45
alone or in conjunction with the F45 by RSC.

Requirement
EMD 20-645E3 ENHANCEMENT PACK by searchlight-simulations

Subject
- Soundpatches using soundfiles from the sounds for the F45
see requirement
- some small texture patches of the speedometer, cab, gauges
- inputmapper ( see HIS/Bozeman/Inputmappers/info.txt )
- cabviews of nearby all locos from the route
- some consists for quickdrive
(you need my Thrall 4000cf PRLX and the original BN ones
or the Bethlehem BN coal cars by RRmods for some consists)

I am thinking about patching the DTM/SD45s in a similar way, but really only the sounds.

Have modified the green of the default F45, which is too much blueish in the original, to fit better tho Bozeman's SD45. Will come with an update.
