This model is a Rock Island reskin of the Double Sheathed USRA Boxcar included with the freeware Pennsylvania Steam route. The Pennsy Steam route must be installed for this model to work. You can download it here:

Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model. This model installs into Assets\G-TraX\BLE\RailVehicles\Freight\Boxcar40ftWood – RI. In the scenario editor the model is listed as: “RI Boxcar 40ft Wood DS”.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
