I have just now finished and uploaded my first vintage style apartment to the library.

It should be coming available tomorrow morning.

How easy will it be to repaint? I can already imagine giving this building an old Victorian look, a yuppy remodel, and sad slums.

Mind you I have no idea when or if I would get to doing any of that.

Not sure how easy it will be to repaint since I don't know how to repaint, you are welcome to give it a try.

Should be just about as easy as a regular project.

This is only one of the many classic apartments I have planned to build. Once I'm finished you could probably build a entire city and use each building only once.

I'm redoing my first five story apartment at the moment.

For all that would like to know, my first apartment is now available for download.

It features everything built in 3d, rather then paining on the windows and doors I made the windows and doors actually look like real windows and doors and the apartment looks just about how it would look in real life.

And yes, this one is close to some apartments I've seen up in Detroit Michigan.
