This model is a Columbia Valley Pacific relettering of the freeware Russell Snowplow available from Britkits. You can download the base model here:

Wayne Campbell’s Columbia Valley Pacific is one of my absolute favorite routes. The scenery is awesome and there are tons of scenario possibilities. With the intense Canadian winters, the CVP needed a snowplow to clear the mainline. As you can imagine, it gets a lot of work during the winter months.

After unzipping, run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model. The unit will be installed to Assets\Britkits\MOW\RailVehicles\CVP Russell-snowplow. In the scenario editor it will be listed as “MOW Russell snowplow CVP.”

This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
