MCSA_Woodchip
Posted: Sun Mar 19, 2023 8:56 pmThis model is a fictional Moscow, Camden, & San Augustine reskin of Michael Stephan’s Woodchip Gondolas. The freeware BN and Predecessors Freight Packs can be downloaded at http://www.stephan-michael.de/railsim/p ... herit.html .
Run the RW_AssetSetup.exe file to install the model. The unit will be installed to “Assets\ GreatNortherner\GNRy\RailVehicles\Freight\Woodchip\MCSA”. In the scenario editor it is listed as “Woodchip Gondola MCSA.”
I created this reskin for use on the MC&SA route available in the Railworks America file library. The real Moscow, Camden & San Augustine Railroad Company is a Class III short line railroad headquartered in Camden, Texas. It is a subsidiary of Georgia-Pacific.
The MCSA operates a 6.9 mile line from Camden to an interchange with the Union Pacific Railroad in Moscow, Texas. Although it is legally a common carrier, the line’s traffic consists entirely of outbound plywood, lumber, and other forest products originating from a single industry, the Georgia-Pacific mill in Camden.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
