This model is a Delta Lines reskin of the Outside Braced USRA Boxcar included with the freeware Pennsylvania Steam route. The Pennsy Steam route must be installed for this model to work. You can download it here:

Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model. This model installs into Assets\G-TraX\BLE\ RailVehicles\Freight\Boxcar40ftWood – DeltaOB. In the scenario editor the model is listed as: “Delta Boxcar 40ft Wood OB”.

Frank Ellison was an American model railroader who created the famous O scale Delta Lines model railroad in New Orleans, Louisiana and authored numerous articles from the 1930s to the 1950s. Between 1934 and 1956 Ellison became the face of model railroading in the United States when he wrote hundreds of articles on all aspects of the hobby, many involving his O scale layout that he built at his large house in the Lakeview district of New Orleans that he named the Delta Lines.

This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
