ALCO built the RS-3 in 1950 to compete with similar locomotives built by EMD, Fairbanks-Morse, and Baldwin Locomotive Works. The LS&I owned fifteen units that ranged all over the system.
Unzip and install using the included RW_AssetSetup.exe installer. This model is installed into: Assets\Britkits\Alco\RailVehicles\Diesel\RS3\LSI. In the scenario editor it is listed as: LSI-RS3_sl_db.
