This model is a Union Pacific reskin of the DTG Norfolk Southern GP38-2 Low Gondola. You can purchase the base model here:

Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model Go to the Assets\DTG\GP38-2NSPack01\RailVehicles\Freight\Low Gondola\Default\ folder and copy the “Gondola.GeoPcx” file. Paste it into Assets\DTG\GP38-2NSPack01\ RailVehicles\Freight\Low Gondola\UP\. In the scenario editor, the model is listed as: “GP38-2 Low Gondola UP”.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
