Here's a link for the U33C so that way people can enjoy Penn Central GEs. It also should hopefully be up on the library soon. All that's necessary is the simple drag and drop with some geo copying. It also requires the SS Conrail RS3L for the horn.

Maybe that's because the first line of your Readme says "Penn Central Alco S2 Lcomotive Repaint by TheR62Fan"
