The time has come!

After 2 months of hard work, I've finally been able to accomplish something I've been wanting to do for a long time. Since making highly detailed, high poly models takes a long time, I've made a pack that has a moderate amount of vertices with 2k textures. Intermodal cars within the Railworks/Train Simulator community seems to be lacking, especially with diverse containers. Additionally, there hasn't been many articulated cars.

Each car typically takes:
1 hour of researching
5 hours of modeling
2 hours of unwrapping/baking
3 hours of texturing
1 hour of blueprinting
1-3 hours of bug fixing

Unfortunately, I don't have time to release all repaint packs right now. But I did include a link to the Container and Trailer repaint set.

Here's what's in the pack:
Maxi-Stack IV's
NSC 3-Unit 53' Well Cars
Thrall 3-Unit 53' Well cars
Autoflood II's
Auto-Max Autoracks
Spine Cars (Trailers & Containers)

Requirements:
Krellnuts Sounds Pack

Simple Question.... because someone is going to ask......

Do I remove the assets I have now from previous ABStudios releases, or do I overwrite them with this and future releases.....?

Thanks for your efforts!

They install in ABStudios\Freight Car Pack, hence they do not overwrite anything.

@ABStudios:
Thanks for the big update.
I think the lots of *.dds are unnecessary, they take about 125mb of disk space ?

Sorry about that, I forgot I had those there. Helped streamline the folder hunting process when editing.

Thanks! Nothing should be replaced or overwritten. The "Freight Car Pack" Should be above/below Covered Hoppers, Tank Cars, and Autoracks.

These intermodal cars are totally my new standard. If I had one criticism to give, it's that the containers and trailers are way too clean and shiny in certain light and it makes weathering really difficult.

Ya I'm currently working on fixes for these cars. Some wheels get stuck too. Its just that life has been really busy right now. I'll get to it eventually.

First of all great work! But in typical Nate fashion, I've managed to find a bug nobody else has. No matter what I do when I have a train of the new intermodal equipment and go into dynamic brakes, the train derails. Anyone else know what's up with that or have had the issue?

Which loco ?
I think this is not only dependent on the wagons, the loco's dynamic brake should not cutin too hard.

It was on the searchlight engines when I tried it.

Has anyone figured out a fix for this or is there a patch somewhere?
