This model is a fictional Virginian & Ohio Railroad reskin of Michael Stephan’s freeware ATSF Ce-1 Class Caboose. The base model can be downloaded here:

http://www.stephan-michael.de/railsim/p ... sfce1.html.

After unzipping, run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model. The unit will be installed to Assets\GreatNortherner\ATSFPack\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-CE-1\VnO\. In the scenario editor it will be listed as “Caboose CE-1 VnO.”

This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
