This model is a fictional Virginian & Ohio Railroad reskin of the RSC EMD GP9. For this model to operate correctly, you must purchase and install the payware package. You can purchase it here:

Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model. Next: Copy the GEOPCX files from Assets\RSC\GP9Pack01\RailVehicles\Diesel\GP9\SP_v1\Engine and paste them into Assets\RSC\GP9Pack01\RailVehicles\Diesel\GP9\VnO\Engine.
In the scenario editor the model is listed as: “EMD GP9 VnO”.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
