Unread postby harryadkins » Mon Jul 13, 2020 9:37 pm

This model is a Southern Railway reskin of the payware Norfolk Southern Big 7s Loco Add-On GE B36-7. The payware model must be installed for this unit to operate. You can purchase the base model here:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3259 ... oco_AddOn/

Run RW_AssetSetup to install the model. After unzipping, copy the GeoPcDx files from Assets\DTM\NS Big 7s\RailVehicles\B36-7\Engine\ and paste them into Assets\DTM\NS Big 7s\RailVehicles\B36-7_SRR\Engine. It will be listed in the Scenario Editor as “GE B36-7 HN SRR.”

This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.

Definitely putting some miles on the B36-7, thank you sir!! Do you have plans on doing a Southern GP38-2 high hood repaint? If not I may have a go at it at some point. Glad to see the Southern getting some attention. *!greengrin!*

It is a decent pack. In fact you have part of it already - as the core of the U34CH is the big7s. The startup sounds will be very familiar.

Do you plan on making any more reskins of any of the locos included in the Big 7's pack?

Not sure if I will do any more B36-7 reskins at this point. Usually wait for inspiration...and free time.
