I enjoyed those. When I lived in St. Louis, we still had several local/regional packers, all of which had their own distinct takes on tube steaks. The search for the perfect hotdog was the sort of quest worthy of a Jean Shepherd's story. Oscar Meyer had just started advertising heavily in the area, and our debates were quite passionate. You may have chosen a project that to rival the beer reefers.
