These models are Pennsylvania Railway / Railway Express Agency reskin of the X29 boxcar included in the Horseshoe Curve route produced by Dovetail Games. You must purchase and install the HSC route for this model to work.

Over 1,100 Class X29 box cars were converted to express box cars (AAR Class BX) during the mid-1980s through the early 1940s, making up the largest single fleet of express box cars among North American railroads. Not only were these cars a common sight in Pennsy mail and secondary trains, they were frequently seen on mail and express trains on connecting lines such as the Santa Fe or Union Pacific, where they were used to ship magazines such as Time, Life, and Newsweek from printing plants in the east to cities on the west coast.

Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the models. In the scenario editor they are listed as: “HSC Boxcar REA01” and “HSC Boxcar REA02”. In order for these models to work properly, you must go to Assets\RSC\HorseshoeCurve\RailVehicles\Freight\ BoxCar_X29\Default and copy the GeoPcDx file. Paste the Geo file into Assets\RSC\HorseshoeCurve\RailVehicles\ Freight\ BoxCar_X29\REA_01 (and REA_02)..

This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.

It looks like there's been a big resurgence of PRR in this community. Nice Work.

Now I guess HSC itself needs an overhaul !*roll-laugh*!
