Wow! Excellent work!

Great idea on breathing new life into the Dash9s! They are still used around the Seattle Subdivision.

Martin Ashwill (thegevo5k) has said they will not be Searchlight compatible.

I'll tell Martin you said that. These are also good for many other BNSF routes such as the Surfline, Marias and HighLine, Racetrack, among others

Lovely **!!bow!!**

Someone (possibly even in this very thread *!greengrin!* told me about these and directed me to them)

As far as the packs mentioned above regarding SS, these have got their own updated sounds havent they?

I believe, but might need correction, that BNSF uses AC power units for coal and grain movements and DC power units for all other traffic. Other railroads are different. Some use all AC, others use all DC, and some a combination - but never in the same consist. AC units have a higher operational cost than DC so railroads use AC where it’s cost effective and power effective to do so.

It's kind of a crap shoot what they run on trains. The only stuff they don't tend to mix is the intermediate fleet (geeps, SDs under 4000 HP) with the mainline road fleet in running service.

Reason being is if you're leading with a modern unit that has overload protections, your have no idea if you're in the process of burning out one that doesn't.

The batch file is supposed to do that. It copies the geo files.

First did you run the bat that's in the asset folder not the one in the install pack? Did you look to see if the Geo files are there in the engine folders and the CabView folder? If you need some pics holler. I have it installed here and it's OK.

This is a example. Look here and see if the GEOPCDX is there. If it is the rest of the required ones should be there also.

I repeat you ran the bat file that was in the assets folder in RailWorks not the one in the installation folder?

The other way you can do this is copy the Dash9-44CW.GeoPcDx from the Default Engine and paste it into each of the three engine folders in the BNSF_H1_TRS Engine folder plus the Engine folder itself. You also need to copy the GeoPcDx from the Default CabView and paste it into the BNSF_H1_TRS CabView.
