Norfolk and Western SD7 Black

This model is a Norfolk and Western black reskin of Michael Stephan’s EMD Conrail SD7. I reskinned it to use on the Majestic Falls route. The MFRR “feels” good as a N&W branchline. The freeware model is necessary for this unit to operate. You can download it here:

The Norfolk and Western inherited twenty EMD SD9’s from its 1964 merger with the Nickel Plate Railroad. They were renumbered 2340-2359. Some received the black scheme pictured here and others received the blue scheme.

Unzip and install using the included RW_AssetSetup.exe installer. In the scenario editor it is listed as: “N&W SD7 Black.” It is installed into: Assets\GreatNortherner\EMD-SD7-9\ RailVehicles\Engines\SD7\Models\NW_BLK.
