Erie-Lackawanna Equipment

Unread postby GreatNortherner » Tue Apr 16, 2019 1:59 pm

Hi fans of the Erie and those that are still waiting to be converted,

Here are a few new toys for you to play with on the New York Division (or of course anywhere else in RW).

I'm proud to present a repaint pack of EMD GP7s in the colors of the Erie, the Delaware Lackawanna & Western and of course the Erie-Lackawanna, and also a new model of the Erie's Dunmore caboose in a variety of colors and lettering schemes (21 combinations in total).

None of that would have been possible without the huge inspiration that Minerman's beautiful route, and more importantly his passion for this railroad, have been to me.

You can download the new equipment on my website.

EMD GP7 EL Pack:

Erie Dunmore Caboose Pack:

And for those that may have missed it in the New York Division route development thread, Minerman has released a beautiful pack of 40 ft boxcars recently, including some Erie and EL cars but also several others from the region and era (including ACL, C&O, NW, RI, and more!)

You can download the boxcars here:
http://golden-age-rails.com/packsrw/berg40ft.html

And a second EL caboose pack here:
http://golden-age-rails.com/packsrw/bergcab1.html

Happy days for EL fans!

Cheers
Michael

... so this isn't *exactly* EL equipment, but it's part of Minerman's New York Division Rolling Stock packs.

These two new beauties are now available in the NY Division 40 ft Boxcar Pack. If you've already downloaded and installed this add-on before today, please redownload and reinstall the file to get the two B&O cars, too:

Hi all,

I'm pleased to announce the release of another one of Minerman's repaints in the New York Division series. This time it's the EL cylindrical hoppers.

You can have a look at (and download) the cars here:

Hi all,

Wayne Campbell has solved the mystery of why the EL Geep pack didn't work right without the GN Geeps being installed.

Thanks to Wayne's help, I can now issue a patch which makes the EL Geeps playable even for those who don't have the GN Geeps installed.

Here is the download link for the patch. This is only needed if you do NOT have the GN Geeps installed

Cheers,

Thank you so much Michael, this is a great service to those that have a thing for the EL. And you have the only complete pack of equipment to run the big "E".
