This model is a Bangor and Aroostook reskin of Dick Cowan's freeware SW1200. It represents the final solid blue color scheme used by the BAR. The freeware version (or payware) is necessary for the correct operation of this model. You can download the freeware version here: http://dickyjim.com/diesel.html .

The Bangor and Aroostook purchased 10 EMD SW9s, numbered 30-39, between 1951-1953. The BAR was a company synonymous with Maine. Its entire network of more than 800 miles was all located within the Pine Tree State's borders from Bangor to Van Buren. I use this model on the Fort Kent to Eagle Lake route by by Richard Garber.

Unzip and install using the included RW_AssetSetup.exe installer. In the scenario editor it is listed as: x-SW1200-BAR. A No Crew version is also included and has NC attached to its name in the scenario editor. This model is installed into: Assets\Britkits\EMD\RailVehicles\Diesel\ SW1200\BAR.

This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.

Great job Harry. I agree, it will be a great addition to both the Fort Kent and Maine Maritime routes.
