I am looking for a freeware Siemens Charger or if not is there something close to that Locomotive? That came with TS2019 for a repaint in Amtrak Surfliner an etc.

His is for Trainz anyways. There is no Siemens Charger available for Train Simulator.

If you look at the link that Hunter sent, it's definitely Train Simulator. Chances are his model won't go public because Hyland over the years has more or less turned into a sort of public enemy of the Trainsim community.

I think DTG will not let this chance pass by, for they have the Amtrak license.

We'll have to wait and see.
